Do prices include delivery?
FREE STANDARD DELIVERY- anywhere within UK, N.Ireland and Republic of Ireland on orders at or above £50.00 (excluding VAT). A £2.95+VAT delivery charge is added to all orders under £50.00. Please see below for further details of delivery and other options.

What is your Best Price Promise?
We promise to do our utmost to beat all genuine offers.If you are quoted cheaper elsewhere please email us via the Contact Us link on our homepage and include the following information:
* the product code of the item you found cheaper on a competitor's site
* your order number where this item was included
* the exact page on the competitors website where you found the product cheaper.

Is this product mis-priced?
Despite our careful attention to pricing, an item could be mis-priced inadvertently. Please contact us for clarification if this occurs.

How Do I Pay for my order?
* Credit/Debit Card  - We use Paypal to handle your card payments. Paypal provides secure online credit card and debit card payment solutions for thousands of online and mail order businesses across the UK. Paypal accepts most major credit and debit cards including Visa (incl. Delta), MasterCard, Switch (incl. Solo) and Electron.
* Cheque or Postal Order - We accept cheques (drawn on a UK Bank only) or postal orders. * Banker Automated Credit System (BACS) - We accept payments by BACS. Our Bank details are available upon request

How do you ensure the security of my payment?
When you make an online payment on our website you are directed to the secure payment pages of Worldpay or Paypal who both adhere to the compliance standards of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI) .

How much will delivery cost?

Non-urgent delivery

Anywhere within UK, N.Ireland and Republic of Ireland: For orders equal to or over £50 (VAT exclusive) - Standard Delivery is Free. For orders under £50 (VAT exclusive) - Standard Delivery will be charged at £2.95+VAT.

Elsewhere in Europe and Worldwide: Please contact us for a quotation using the 'Contact Us' Link on our homepage.

Next Day Signed-for delivery - only available to Mainland UK only excluding Highlands and Islands and if ordered by phone on 0844 870 0517 before 1pm Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)

For orders equal to or over £50 (VAT exclusive) - Next Day Delivery will be charged at £5+VAT; For orders under £50 (VAT exclusive) -Next Day Delivery will be charged at £7.95+VAT

Where do you deliver?

We deliver worldwide, although most of our orders are from the UK. Unlike some retailers, we deliver to all UK postcodes, (including free delivery)

When will my order be delivered?

Non-urgent delivery:  For non-urgent delivery please order online where possible. Dispatch will normally be made by first class post or Parcelforce24 within 2 business days of receipt of payment.

UK Postcodes: We endeavour to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days by 1st class Royal Mail or Parcelforce24 (for larger orders). Once dispatched this normally takes 1 business day to arrive, however Royal Mail delivery times are obviously outside of our control.

Europe and Worldwide: Once dispatched this normally takes between 2 and 20 business days to arrive, however Royal Mail delivery times are obviously outside of our control. Should you require a guaranteed delivery, please contact us for a quotation using the 'Contact Us' link on our homepage.

Next Day Signed-for Delivery is available if an order is placed over the phone (only) on 0844 870 0517 by 1pm Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). This offer is for mainland UK only excluding Highlands and Islands.

What happens if you run out of stock?
We do our best to maintain full levels of stock to meet our customers anticipated needs. If we do ever run out of the products that a customer has ordered, we will email the customer to offer the options of a suitable alternative, an estimate of the date when the originally ordered product will be back in stock, or a full refund.

What about Insurance?
You will not be charged insurance on your order. We bear the risk of delivery until you take possession of your products. Unfortunately this does not apply to orders dispatched to outside of the UK Postcode Areas.

Guarantee and Returns

What is your '100% No Fuss Satisfaction Guarantee'?
As well as your being entitled to a seven working-day 'cooling off' period when you can return your order to us for no reason for a full refund, we offer a '100% Satisfaction Guarantee'. If for any reason you are less than 100% satisfied with a purchase, please e-mail us within 30 (thirty) days of receipt and we will arrange to replace or refund the item. We may ask you to return the purchase to us. Returns for items not required after thirty days may be accepted but at our discretion and less than 100% credit value. This may not be available for items specifically customised to your requirements.

How do I make a return?
To make a return, please repackage the item in a similar fashion to how we sent it to you and mail it to our warehouse facility, together with the invoice or order reference, to:

Returned products must be in an unused and resalable condition unless they are defective or were damaged upon receipt.

We will only provide your information to a third party when it is necessary for processing your order and facilitating delivery who will also keep your personal details protected.
