Do prices include delivery? FREE DELIVERY- anywhere within mainland Britain and N.Ireland on orders at or above £50.00. A £2.95 delivery charge is added to all orders under £50.00. Delivery Where do you deliver? We deliver worldwide, although most of our orders are from the UK. Unlike some retailers, we deliver to all UK postcodes, (including free delivery) When will my order be delivered? *UK Postcodes: We endeavour to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days by 1st class Royal Mail. Once dispatched this normally takes 1 business day to arrive, however Royal Mail delivery times are obviously outside of our control. We do our best to maintain full levels of stock to meet our customers anticipated needs. If we do ever run out of the products that a customer has ordered, we will email the customer to offer the options of a suitable alternative, an estimate of the date when the originally ordered product will be back in stock, or a full refund. What about Insurance? You will not be charged insurance on your order. We bear the risk of delivery until you take possession of your products. Unfortunately this does not apply to orders dispatched to outside of the UK Postcode Areas. Guarantee and Returns What is your '100% No Fuss Satisfaction Guarantee'? As well as your being entitled to a seven working-day 'cooling off' period when you can return your order to us for no reason for a full refund, we offer a '100% Satisfaction Guarantee'. If for any reason you are less than 100% satisfied with a purchase, please e-mail us within 30 (thirty) days of receipt and we will arrange to replace or refund the item. We may ask you to return the purchase to us. Returns for items not required after thirty days may be accepted but at our discretion and less than 100% credit value.
